Description
The classic bar tool in a new, improved design and in two versions. For cutting decorative notches in fruit and vegetables and for ribbons of citrus peel.
The classic V-shaped version cuts deep into the peel and is therefore ideal for lemon, orange and grapefruit.
The new rectangular and flat blade shape only cuts shallowly into the peel and is therefore ideal for thin-skinned citrus fruits such as limes.
The fixed notch depth and width makes it particularly easy to use and guarantees successful results.
6 mm wide blade made from long-lasting sharp steel strip. The handle is made of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide (PA) and is suitable for professional use.
Stainless and dishwasher-safe.
Made in Solingen/Germany.
