Description
The classic bar tool in a new, improved version. For cutting decorative notches in fruit and vegetables and for ribbons of citrus peel.
The classic version with V-shaped blade cuts deep into the peel and is therefore ideal for lemon, orange and grapefruit. The rectangular U-shaped model only cuts shallowly into the peel and is therefore ideal for limes.
The firmly defined notch depth and width make it particularly easy to use and guarantee successful results. The 6 mm wide blade is made from long-lasting sharp and stainless strip steel.
Made in Solingen/Germany. Stainless and dishwasher-safe.
For the sake of the environment: The GreenGrip® used for handles in the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic made from recycled vegetable edible fats and 40% wood fibers.
