Description
The cheese slicer features two wires with different distances to the center rod for different thick cheese slices (3mm/0.12 and 5mm/0.2") and a serving tip to arrange the cheese slices.
Wires are available as spare parts. Typical for the "Professional" kitchen tool series is the grips material of solid fiber glass reinforced poly-amide plastic. This ensures a solid non-slip grip when cooking.
Dishwasher-safe.
Made in Solingen/ Germany.

These models have a mushroom-shaped plastic or metallised plastic wire holder. Newer models with flat stainless steel wire holder require the spare parts with item no. SA 0399.
