Small amounts are mixed with a cup egg whisk. The whisk’s head is 9cm / 3.5 long. Typical for the “Professional” kitchen tool series is the grips material of solid fiber glass reinforced poly-amide plastic. This ensures a solid non-slip grip when cooking.
