The baker’s knife slices cake horizontally. The 25 cm/10 inch stainless steel blade has one serrated and one straight edge for different textures. The ABS handle is assembled, riveted and trimmed by hand. Hand cleaning recommended due to the the combination of various materials. Made in Solingen.
