The triangle spreading knife professional 10 cm is a tool for spreading butter and spreads on bread and rolls with maximum efficiency. The blade is wide and flexible and more suited to spreading than cutting.
The spreading knife is made of hardened stainless steel with a GreenGrip® handle. The GreenGrip® used for the handles of the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic with 40% wood content.
