Four quenelle spoons for the perfect shaped quenelles and rocher
Quenelle or rocher turn any cream or mass into a visual and culinary treat. However, good spoons for shaping quenelle are difficult to find because they have special requirements in terms of depth, shape, and surface.
We tackled the problem and developed four different spoons that always ensure perfectly rounded quenelles with pointed ends. Same sized spoons flush against each other, allowing quenelle to be either pulled with one spoon or formed with two spoons.
