This conical bar strainer is produced by Three Snow, the Japanese specialist for high-quality sieves, and has been developed to meet the exacting demands of professional bar use.
Created in close cooperation with experienced bartenders, the strainer is precisely tailored to the realities of everyday bar work.
The relatively thick wire with a coarse 14-mesh structure is ideal for retaining larger ingredients such as fruit pieces, herbs, and purées without slowing down the flow of liquid. Thanks to its flat base and exceptionally robust construction, solid ingredients can also be pressed through the strainer with a spoon when required.
The stainless steel wire mesh is fully laser-welded to the frame using a special welding process. This creates a one-piece construction that is not only extremely stable but also leaves no gaps where moisture or food residues could accumulate. As a result, the strainer is easy to clean and highly hygienic.
Made entirely from stainless steel, dishwasher safe, and manufactured in Japan.
