Description
The channel knife is a classic bartender's tool. The blade cuts deep into the skin of (citrus) fruit and vegetables creating ribbons and notches.
The fixed penetration depth makes it very easy to use. The blade is carefully sharpened. A fiberglass reinforced poly-amid handle is made for professional use.
This right-handed version is only suitable for right-handed use.
