Description
This large skimmer is manufactured by Three Snow, the Japanese specialist for high-quality sieves.
The teardrop-shaped skimmer is designed for removing coarse ingredients such as vegetables, herbs, and other solids from broths, and is equally well suited for use when deep-frying.
Its distinctive shape offers a maximum surface area combined with a deep basket that safely holds larger quantities. At the same time, the skimmer remains compact enough to be used comfortably in smaller pots.
The relatively thick wire with a coarse 14-mesh structure ensures excellent shape retention and is ideal for skimming larger particles, herbs, and coarse spices.
The stainless steel wire mesh is fully enclosed by the frame, resulting in exceptional stability and making the skimmer easy and hygienic to clean.
Compact in size, easy to store, and suitable for hanging.
Made entirely from stainless steel 18/8, dishwasher safe, and manufactured in Japan.
