Description
With the triangle larding needle, lean meat can be quickly and easily be larded with strips of fatty bacon. In this way, lean meats, such as game meat, are prevented from drying out and given extra flavor. The dented flat makes sure the bacon is securely fastend to the needle.
The prepared bacon strips are clamped in the flap of the larding needle. Then the needle is threaded through the roast.
Stainless and dishwasher safe.
