The plancha spatulas are double angled at more than 90°. This means they stand on their own, keep a cool grip and offer a wide range of culinary options. Lifting, turning, scraping, chopping and cutting, transporting, keeping warm and serving, all of this is possible with one tool.
They are made of sturdy stainless steel and have the front edge ground thin so that they slide ideally under the food to be grilled and gently remove anything attached. Unlike conventional turners, the food can now be placed in a cooler area of ??the grill plate to continue cooking, to rest or to be kept warm. The flat surface of the pallet transfers the heat from the grill and thus supports the cooking process. At the same time, the handle remains elevated and away from the heat source.
When the spatula is not in use, its angle can be easily and stably attached to the edge of the grill or work surface.
