The triangle Asparagus knife offers asparagus peeling at a professional level. The actual asparagus knife features an adjustable bracket which helps to set the peel's individual thickness. First cut off the ends then peel at a flat angle. Its special shape prevents the accumulation of fibres when peeling so the blade knife remains fibre-free even after prolonged peeling. The special peeling technique and finding the perfect angle may be a bit unfamiliar in the beginning. But once you get the hang on it is far quicker than any other way of peeling. The blade is made of hardened stainless steel and is razor-sharp. Made in Solingen / Germany.
