The cutter set is suitable for all firm vegetable types such as courgettes/zucchini, carrots, aubergines/eggplants, giant white radishes, potatoes and many others. All metal components are made of stainless steel. For the sake of the environment: The GreenGrip® material used for handles in the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic made from recycled vegetable edible fats and 40% wood fiber. The blades themselves are made of extra-hard special steel. Dishwasher safe. Supplied individually packed in a printed box.
