Description
The Tomato Knife with its wavy serrated edge is made for cutting tough skins and pressure-sensitive foods. It cuts fine and even slices without crushing. In addition to tomatoes it is also perfect for all delicate and difficult cutting tasks like peppers, cream topped pastries or sandwiches.
Due to its special wavy edge the tomato knife van be sharpened with a traditional sharpening rod.
The GreenGrip® used for handles in the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic made from recycled vegetable edible fats and 40% wood fibers.
Made of Solingen-quality hardened stainless steel.
Dishwasher safe. Made in Solingen/Germany.
