Its finely engineered, sharp grating surface allows zest to be removed evenly and with full control, without cutting into the bitter white pith. This preserves essential oils and fresh aromas to their fullest. In addition to citrus fruits, the grater is also suitable for ingredients such as ginger, garlic, nutmeg, or hard cheese.
