The new triangle gourmet slicer has two patents and has an innovative adjustment mechanism. The mechanism allows the thickness to be infinitely adjusted from 3 mm to infinitely thin. The base plate of the plane rises completely parallel to the blade. This creates perfect, wafer-thin and even slices of truffles, vegetables or aromatic ingredients for gourmet dishes, but also for everyday cooking.
The blade of the gourmet plane is the patented triangle parabolic blade, which ensures smooth cuts thanks to its extreme sharpness, curved shape and seamless workmanship.
The blade can be recessed into the chassis for safe storage.
The gourmet slicer has a magnetic safety holder with increased finger protection. It glides easily over the slide rails during use.
