The end-holder serves as a safety guard and assists at cutting the ingredient completely without any waste. The high-quality blade from hardened stainless German knife steel can be re-sharpened and replaced whenever necessary. Stainless steel and dishwasher-safe. Made in Solingen/ Germany.
Vegetable slicer with safety holder
triangle vegetable slicer with unique and patented parabolic blade. The special blade shape mimics the rocking movement and smooth cut of a chef's knife and achieves an unrivaled cutting performance. With safety holder and two double-sided inserts for 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm slices and 4 mm julienne. The easily interchangeable inserts are safely stored inside the slicer. A solid blade protection ensures safe storage and long-lasting sharpness. Stainless steel blade, dishwasher-safe.
Vegetable slicer 2 mm
The handy and compact vegetable slicer for 2 mm thick slices. Unlike known straight or V-shaped slicing blades, the blade of the vegetable slicer is developed in Solingen, patented and curved to a parabolic shape. The cutting angle changes constantly and mimics the rocking, smooth cut of a chef's knife. The result is a previously unknown cutting performance and a blade that holds its extreme sharpness for a long time. A safety holder with integrated blade guard ensures safe working and allows processing to the last slice. Used as a blade guard, it permanently protects the extreme sharpness of the professionally hardened blade and it protects against accidental injury. triangle is committed to sustainable production and is increasingly using alternative materials whenever possible. For the sake of the environment, the slicer therefore consists of a high quality and food safe PA plastic with 30% straw fiber content. A larger version of the plane with adjustable cutting thickness is also available.

The high-quality blade from hardened stainless German knife steel can be re-sharpened and replaced whenever necessary. For the sake of the environment: The GreenGrip® material used for handles in the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic made from recycled vegetable edible fats and 40% wood fiber. Stainless steel and dishwasher safe. Made in Solingen/ Germany.

See-through truffle, garlic or parmesan slices or medium-thick potato, cucumber and zucchini slices are perfectly cut. The end-holder serves as a safety guard and assists at cutting the ingredient completely without any waste. For the sake of nature, the plum wood comes from sustainably managed German orchards. The handles are turned regionally, are finely finished in Solingen and assembled with functional parts made of stainless steel. Of course, eco-electricity is used. The high-quality blade from hardened stainless German knife steel can be re-sharpened and replaced whenever necessary. Made in Solingen/ Germany.
