The triangle Peeler is a classic tool for every kitchen. With its two blades it peels potatoes, carrots and apples while the sharpened tip removes shoots and blemishes. Suitable for left- and right-hand use. Made of hardened stainless steel for durable sharpness. Dishwasher-safe. Made in Solingen/Germany.
Swivel peeler Professional
The triangle swivel peeler is available for right and left hand use and features a sharp stainless steel blade. The material of the handles, which consists of solid fibre glass reinforced poly-amide plastic, is typical for professional kitchen tools. Stainless steel and dishwasher safe. Made in Solingen/Germany Spare blades available. Tip: In Germany we traditionally peel towards our body. If you prefer to peel in a motion away from your body, you should purchase the other-handed version of this peeler.
Asparagus knife
The triangle Asparagus knife offers asparagus peeling at a professional level. The actual asparagus knife features an adjustable bracket which helps to set the peel's individual thickness. First cut off the ends then peel at a flat angle. Its special shape prevents the accumulation of fibres when peeling so the blade knife remains fibre-free even after prolonged peeling. The special peeling technique and finding the perfect angle may be a bit unfamiliar in the beginning. But once you get the hang on it is far quicker than any other way of peeling. Vertical peeler
Swivel peeler with super sharp blades and ergonomic handle. Due to its very thin peeling thickness it is very economic and a maximum of nutrients are retained. The straight-blade version is the perfect everyday peeler for potatoes, carrots, apples and much more. The julienne cutter "extra fine" cuts julienne of just 1,5 x 1,5 mm for creative food preparations.
