In our fish & seafood range, you will find fish bone tongs and fish bone tweezers for removing stubborn bones, fish scalers and fish spatulas for serving whole fish and fillets.
For oysters, mussels and shellfish, we have oyster tools such as oyster openers, oyster knives and chain gloves, as well as lobster scissors, lobster forks and lobster sets for 6 persons.
Special tools for the catering and the fish industry include the Filetto sardine fillet slicer and fish scissors or finning shears.
Fish scaler
The triangle fish scaler features four interchangeable blades that remove different fish scale sizes. A catcher makes sure the kitchen and work space stay clean by collecting the removed scales. Both blades and catcher consist of stainless steel. The handle of fibre glass reinforced polyamide plastic is made for professional use. Stainless steel and dishwasher safe.
Sardine fillet slicer
Winner of the "Solutions 2017" award. The sardine fillet slicer solves the problem of filleting small fish like sardines and anchovies in an easy and brilliant way. Instead of using a blade a wire pulls the fillet from the backbone without cutting the bones. The fillets are practically bone free. Replaceable wire. Hygienic, stainless and dishwasher-safe.

Lobster fork
The triangle lobster fork is an elegant way to remove the lobster meat from the shell and legs or claws. For preparation, we recommend the triangle lobster scissors, with which the hard shell of the lobster can be opened and cut into its individual parts. With decorative lobster embossing. The 1946 range includes kitchen utensils for every day, all redesigned and unique in their handling. Made of brushed 18/10 stainless steel and with a solid material thickness, they are indestructible and withstand the rough everyday use in the restaurant kitchen as confidently as they impress at the buffet and at the table by their design. The wide fish turner helps to lift sensitive foods by supporting them all the way. The slots allow the cooking liquid to drain. "1946" combines triangles core values of quality, functionality, and sustainability in perfection. Company founder Erwin Hill, who laid the foundation stone for triangle in 1946, would have been proud of this series and thus inspired its name. Stainless and dishwasher safe.

The upcycled triangle escargot fork is particularly suitable for smaller snails, seafood and shellfish. The escargot fork is a real “Less Waste” product because it is manufactured directly from production waste without going through a recycling process that normally requires a lot of resources.
