Our paring knives combine traditional craftsmanship with modern materials. The hand-sharpened blades made of hardened German stainless steel (DIN 1.4034) guarantee high cutting performance and long-lasting durability. Whether straight blade, curved blade, or serrated edge – each knife is perfect for cutting vegetables, fruit, and delicate foods cleanly without crushing. Ergonomic and sustainable handles such as GreenGrip®, partly made from biobased plastics with a wood content, ensure a secure and comfortable grip.

Classic Paring Knife for peeling and cutting fruit and vegetables. Hand sharpened and made of hardened stainless steel. The GreenGrip® used for handles in the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic made from recycled vegetable edible fats and 40% wood fibers. Made in Solingen/Germany and dishwasher safe.

Tomato knife Spirit
The Tomato Knife with its wavy serrated edge is made for cutting tough skins and pressure-sensitive foods. It cuts fine and even slices without crushing. In addition to tomatoes it is also perfect for all delicate and difficult cutting tasks like peppers, cream topped pastries or sandwiches. Due to its special wavy edge the tomato knife van be sharpened with a traditional sharpening rod.
