Ceramic sharpening stone
Drop-shaped special ceramic sharpening stone for triangle carving tools, carving knives and loop tools. The special shape allows to reach into fine details and to sharpen to perfection. The functional parts consist of hardened, stainless steel. They are accurately worked on and perfectly sharpened. The handles are manufactured by a combination of high-quality Polypropylene and slip-proof Santoprene. Stainless steel, dishwasher-safe.
Hardwood board for mincing knives
The triangle hardwood board is a perfect addition to the triangle mincing knives. The hollow in middle of the board makes sure that herbs and nuts stay beneath the blade when chopping. Massive beech wood, 20 x 20 cm / 7.5 x 7.5 inch, with rubber feet. Hand wash only.
Sharpening steel 23 cm / 9"
The sharpening steel corrects micro-bends in the cutting edge and realignes the edge betwen uses. With medium-fine surface for quick sharpening. The rod is slightly magnetic and binds metal dust. Highly wear-resistant with 65 HRC hardness. Made in Germany, with hanging ring. Care instructions: Only sharpen clean knives. Wash the steel after a couple of uses under runing warm water with mild detergent and a cloth. Using the dishwasher is not recommended as it may affect the anti-corrosion coating.
