Our Professional series is primarily aimed at professional chefs.
It has been manufactured unchanged for decades and is the classic in the professional kitchen.
The Professional handle is made of robust, glass fiber-reinforced polyamide (PA) for kitchen utensils and sturdy polypropylene (PP) for spatulas. The handles are manufactured without seams or gaps and therefore meet the highest standards of hygiene and durability.
Almost all Professional products are manufactured in our own production facility in Solingen.
Tomato and fruit huller Professional
The triangle huller quickly removes unwanted stalks from tomatoes, strawberries and other fruit. If required, the tool also quickly scoops out the insides of tomatoes for stuffing them with cheese, minced meat or other delightful fillings. The tomato huller is also a handy helper when it comes to destalking strawberries, hollowing out other fruit and vegetables or quickly creating small balls of melon and other fruit. Dishwasher-safe.
Apple corer Professional 16 mm

Zucchini corer Professional
The half-round blade of the zucchini corer is serrated and sharpened on both sides. Unlike our Fruit & Vegetable Corer it is not used to core lengthwise but to core pieces of zucchini or cucumber by creating a round tunnel. Thus, it is perfectly prepared for stuffing. Cherry pitter Professional
The classic tool to pit cherries. The loop is inserted through the stem base and the stone is lifted out through the same hole. Made in Solingen/Germany, dishwasher-safe.
Fruit decorator Professional

Orange peeler Professional

Grapefruit knife Professional
