Spreading knife Spirit
The spreading knife Spirit 10 cm comes from the catering industry and has a wide, very flexible blade. It is less suitable for cutting, but is used to spread spreads and butter quickly and evenly. The wide and elastic blade ensures that the butter adheres particularly well to the knife and that it spreads evenly. The spreading knife is made of hardened stainless steel with a GreenGrip® handle. The GreenGrip® used for handles of the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic with 40% wood content. Dishwasher safe, stainless steel. Made in Solingen/Germany.
Plancha Spatula Spirit 12 cm
triangle plancha spatulas are intended for use on planchas, grill rings and grill plates.This smaller version with 12 cm / 4.7 inches working surface is especially handy.The plancha spatulas are double angled at more than 90°. This means they stand on their own, keep a cool grip and offer a wide range of culinary options. Lifting, turning, scraping, chopping and cutting, transporting, keeping warm and serving, all of this is possible with one tool.They are made of sturdy stainless steel and have the front edge ground thin so that they slide ideally under the food to be grilled and gently remove anything attached. Unlike conventional turners, the food can now be placed in a cooler area of the grill plate to continue cooking, to rest or to be kept warm.
