The Spirit series includes a wide range of kitchen utensils, spatulas and knives and aims towards both home cooks and professional kitchens.
Thanks to their ergonomics, their modern, simple design and their clean finish, Spirit kitchen tools are ideal for professionals and ambitious amateur chefs.
Since 2021, we have been producing Spirit handles, with a few exceptions, from GreenGrip, a sustainable, plant-based plastic.
Spirit is available for kitchen tools and spatulas as well as in an ergonomically adapted form as knife handles. Spirit is the right choice if you prefer a uniform look in your kitchen.

Quenelle spoon, small
Quenelle or rocher turn any ice cream, whipped cream, mousse or mashed potatoes into a visual and culinary more sophisticated new level. However, good spoons for shaping quenelle are difficult to find because they have to be made of quality material with a deep bowl to achieve the iconic quenelle shape. We tackled the problem and developed two different size spoons that always ensure perfectly rounded quenelles with pointed ends.Same sized spoons flush with each other, allowing quenelle to be either pulled with one spoon or formed with two spoons.Available in two sizes for 6 cm and 8 cm long quenelles and with long handles for ergonomic work from the wrist and for working in deep vessels.Stainless steel, dishwasher-safe and made in Solingen.

Peeler Spirit Spirit
The triangle grapefruit knife is the perfect tool for filleting citrus fruit pieces such as grapefruit, oranges or lemons. To produce grapefruit fillets, first cut the grapefruit into two halves. Take one half and insert the angled tip outside of the fillet. Both sides of the thin blade are serrated and sharpened for easy cutting of the sensitive fruit pulp to avoid splashing. In addition, the thin blade allows for flexible movements when cutting the fruit. Citrus fruits fillets are a healthy snack for young children as they don't need to chew on any remaining fruit skin.
